Brief introduction of organic inorganic fertilizer extrusion granulation production line process:
- According to the proportioning requirements, the qualified raw materials should be added into the high efficiency mixer and well mixed.
- Transfer the mixed materials to the disc feeder, clean the iron content of the material during the delivery process.
- The mixed material in the disc feeder flow into the roller extrusion granulator evenly, then forced to be pressed into thin slices by the two rollers under the disc feeder. Sieving the materials after the slices broken into pieces by the crusher under the rollers, and continually sieve the material on the screen mesh.
- Transport the semi-finished products to the finished product sieving machine: the fine particles after screening are directly returned to the disk feeder; the large particles are crushed by the crusher and then returned to the disk feeder;
- The qualified products after screening will be sent to the full automatic packing scale to weighing, packaging and warehousing.
