This series of horizontal mixers is a new generation of mixing equipment developed by our company. The machine has the advantages of high mixing degree and little residue, so that it is suitable for mixing the organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer.

Features:

The mixing uniformity is improved because the material is well mixed. With the new rotor structure, the minimum clearance between the rotor and the shell can be adjusted to almost zero, which effectively reduce the amount of residual material. The special rotor design of the machine can also crush larger materials, so the overall structure is more reasonable, beautiful appearance, convenient operation and maintenance. In order to make the machine run properly, please read the instruction manual in detail to avoid any damage to the machine.

The machine can be divided into three parts:

  1. Rack part: All the work parts of this machine is mounted and fixed on the frame. The frame of the machine is welded by carbon steel plate and channel steel, and through strict product certification and specific process requirements to achieve the using purpose.
  2. Transmission connecting part: The motor drives the belt pulley, the triangle belt and the gear reducer to drive the main shaft, so that the main shaft rotates. The driving reducer and the main work part of the mixer are all provided with nylon shaft pins, so that the assembly and the maintenance can be conveniently carried out;
  3. Mixing work part: With the rotating of the main shaft, the special screw mixing blade that welded on the main shaft synchronously rotated, then the material in the mixing chamber rolling-over evenly, so that the material can be fully mixed, thereby also reducing the amount of residual material. After mixing for a period of time, the material flows out of the discharge port at the lower part of the body.
