Our Organic Fertilizer Production Line Shipped and Installed in Kenya
On 27th March, 2016, Kenyan customers visited our factory, mainly came for his organic fertilizer production project in Kenya. As his raw material were Straws and Chicken Manure , he wanted to set up a fertilizer production line with 2-3 tons yield per hour. Certainly, we are able to provide him such fertilizer production line. So we have made a design for him which includes the fermentation workshop and the whole fertilizer production plant. They were very satisfied with our design and our professional technology, finally they signed the order contract with us.
As soon as we got the deposit, we were ready to produce all the fertilizer machines for them. Their fertilizer production totally including the following: compost turner, fertilizer mixer, fertilizer crusher, dryer, cooler, coating machine, screening machine and packing machine according to priority. In the middle of May, we have finished all the production. They sent a three-party Inspection company to check their machines. All things went very well. Then we arranged the shipment to them.
When the machines arrived smoothly in Kenya, we also sent our engineers to their country to guide the fertilizer production line installation.
After the installation was finished, finally the fertilizer production line looks very wonderful and working well also.
