Secondly, the external electric heating blanket and the upper heating system are controlled by the electric box to start heating the fermenting tank body, and the temperature of the tank body is regulated by the temperature sensor while heating, and the temperature of the fermenting tank is controlled by the fermentation in best state.

After the fermentation of the material is completed, the tank is discharged through the spiral delivery outlet to carry out the next processing.

Finally, the fermentation tank is equipped with an exhaust gas treatment system for deodorizing the harmful gases generated during the fermentation process. This makes the equipment more environmentally friendly.

Compared with the traditional fermentation equipment, the equipment adopts vertical tank fermentation, which saves the land occupation area to a considerable extent. The equipment also adopts vertical electric heating device, intelligent electric appliance control, ensures constant temperature fermentation, and completely solves the traditional fermentation.
