Use Chicken Manure and Strain to Produce Organic Fertilizer
Currently, large-scale farms and agricultural production of large quantities of organic waste, such as animal manure, crop residues, etc. have not been reasonable use, which is not only a waste of resources, but also does bad to people’s production and living environment. Use Chicken manure, pig manure and crop straw as raw materials, through fermentation of these wastes into organic fertilizer, then it not only achieve the recycling of resources, but also beautify the living environment, promote regional economic development. Promoting rural development will bring important economic, environmental and social benefits.
Aerobic composting, means under manual control, microbial fermentation in certain amount of water & certain ratio of carbon and nitrogen (C / N) & ventilation, chicken manure and crop residues and other organic waste process into fertilizer.
The project process chicken manure as the main raw material and use compost turner machine to produce high quality organic fertilizer through Compost technology.
Use organic ferment turner, daily processing chicken manure mixture (chicken manure is the main raw material) is 333 tons, water content of mixture is 60%, have the favorable conditions of fermentation.
This project design three plans of final products. The first products : high-quality compost, after fermentation, crush the compost to powder, then packing in bags, and it’s looks brown or gray-brown powder fertilizer. The second products : High quality organic granular fertilizer, packing in bags. The Third products: Organic-Compound fertilizer, add inorganic nutrients when mixing, to make granular fertilizer.
Mix the chicken manure and straw (or other raw material), adjust water content to 60%, fermentation heating will kill bad bacteria and worm eggs, and reduce the water content of manure, reach fecal harmless treatment standards requirements to obtain organic fertilizer. Adding strain to get good quality compost sooner, increase the activity of microbial content ,and raise the temperature.
