New Type Granulator

This series of granulators is a patented product newly developed by our company and the Agricultural Machinery Research Institute. It is designed and manufactured by the wet continuous pusher granulation process. This machine can not only granulate a variety of organic materials, especially crude fiber materials that are difficult to granulate using conventional equipment, such as crop straw, wine residue, slag, dregs, animal waste, etc. Granules, and the granulation effect of raw materials such as humic acid and municipal sludge also achieved good results.

The machine is composed of a body part, a granulation rotor part and a transmission part.

The working principle is that the material enters the machine from the inlet of of the body, and is continuously pushed by the granulation rotor and mechanically moved with the casing to achieve the purpose of granulation, and the finished granules are pushed out of the machine at the other end of the body.
