1、When using equipment, ensure that the raw materials do not contain stone, iron and other hard objects.

2、After using the equipment for some time, we should keep the gear ring clean and add gear oil in time to ensure the normal work of the equipment.

3、Check regularly if the studs are loose, if there is loosening, it should be fastened in time.

4、Shaft parts should be timely added high-temperature grease to ensure its normal operation and life.

5、Check the tightness of the triangle belt regularly. If there is oil leakage in the gearbox, replace the oil seal in time.

6、Check and clean in time. After working every day, clean the machine in time, check for loose screws, teeth and claws, wear and tear of easily damaged parts.
