Introduction of Fermentation Process

1. You need to build the fermentation tank, and use the forklift to sendthe raw material into the tank; then start fermenting.                                  

2. In general, 20 days is a cycle of fermentation.

3. When the temperature reaches 50-60 °C, the material needs to be turned over once. In the early days, about one day the material needs to be turned over 3-4 times; after weeks, about 1-2 days the material should be turned over one time.

4. The specific situation needs to be determined according to the temperature and fermentation conditions.

5. When the temperature is no longer rising, the fermentation is completely decomposed, indicating that the fermentation process is completed.

6. During the fermentation, you need to add some fermentation strain, toimprove the microbial content and promote fermentation.
