Most basic granulation by disk type

After mixing, all the raw materials will enter the granulation device, whose shape likes a sloping disc. The rotating disc is rotated by the viscous material (good ammonium or additive, like sticky soil). Then by spraying water, the granules are formed. At last, the fertilizer is got after the granules are dried and screened.

Advantages of the equipment is simple and cheap; its formula needs to have viscous materials; there are certain restrictions on formula, so it is suitable to produce fertilizer with low concentration.

Granulation by rotary drum type

Drum type granulation, there is a slanting cylinder in the granulation device. Just like a plurality of discs overlap, the granulation efficiency is high, and the steam can be used. The granulation efficiency of the materials with small viscosity in the reactor can be increased due to water vapor filling. The recipe limits are smaller than the above. Spraying partially and ammoniation partially are also can be used.
