Wear Causes of Fertilizer Machine
Wear is inevitable during the operating process of fertilizer machines. In their service life, normal wear doesn’t have a big influence on equipment, so the owners don’t need to worry about this too much. However, some severe wear is a safety loophole. Therefore, the owner should check the equipment carefully. In general, wear can be divided into:
- Running wear: it’s common wear of fertilizer machine. And this always appears at the beginning of operating a new machine.
- Grinding wear: this is caused by rough surface of fertilizer machine.
- Welding wear: there are four causes: ⑴. one friction surface is made of low-density material; ⑵. Contact pressure is high; ⑶. Lubricating condition is bad; ⑷. Temperature is high.
- Fatigue wear: the friction surface of component has crack on, which is caused by excessive compress and contraction.
- Corrosive wear: vapors and some other chemical gases can oxygenize the surface.
