Some Problems in Aerobic Fermentation
During the process of aerobic fermentation, dissolved organic matters are digested by microorganism and irresolvable macromolecular substances are resolved by excretion of microorganism who can use these nutrients to grow. During the process of microorganism’s growth, many living bodies and exoenzyme are generated, and then a series of biochemical actions start.
Out of the purpose of reducing cost, some traditional biofertilizer manufacturers employ the technology of aerobic ventilate fermentation to produce. During this fermentation process, the generated gases are exhausted into air directly, which will pollute air badly. This producing process can not confirm to the demands of protecting environment and saving energy. The enterprise must buy special environmental protection equipments to dispose waste gases. This will not only increase the cost of the company, but also make a great loss of carbon and nitric in the organic fertilizer.
