Rust Removal Ways of Biomass Fertilizer Dryer
For some dryers that need to process corrosive materials, we should do a good work of anti-corrosion. In general, dryers consist of slab, barrel and welding assemblies. For different use of dryers, there are different antisepsis methods. According to the working condition, antisepsis of fertilizer dryers mainly includes three methods as follow:
Firstly, electrostatic powder coating method. This is a way that a kind of new-type powder coating is smeared on the surface of the dryer. When we produce dryers, we usually use cold-rolled stainless steel which is very expensive. Electrostatic powder coating method has good characters of corrosion resistance, weather fastness and heat resistance. The steel processed by electrostatic powder coating method can be on a par with stainless steel, so the cost can be reduced.
Secondly, austenilic Ni-Cr stainless steel method. Many parts of the dryers needs to be welded. Austenilic Ni-Cr stainless steel has the characters of bad thermal conductivity and high resistance value. These characters have limited that the workers should employ special technology to weld this alloy.
Thirdly, passivation method and sphosphorization method. This method mainly employs the technology of electrochemical reaction to make the surface of the dryer get rustless. Once we employed this way, the dryers wouldn’t got rusty even if they are placed in humid environment. This way is easy to operate, and it can reduce labor and cost greatly. In addition, this is a very common antisepsis method.
