Operating Manual for Packing Scale

1. Operating flow of packing 25kg goods goes as follows:

   -To press “Zero Setting”, interface shows: “201-set”;

   -To press “Confirm”, the numbers on the upper line will flicker;

   -To press “Zero Setting” to the number that needs to be changed, then you can use “TARE” to change two digits after the decimal

   point  into “0”;

   -To press “Zero Setting” to  units’ digit, then you can use “TARE” to change it into “5” ;

   -To press “Zero Setting” to  tens digit, then you can use “TARE” to change it into “2” ;

   -To press “Confirm”, “25kg” will be set up;

   -To press “Menu” to return.

   You can use the same way to change it into “40kg” or “50kg”.

2. The steps of calibration goes as follows:(This operating process requires that the bag holder is no-load and all the operating keys should under the condition of manual status control)

   -To weigh 20kg or 30kg goods precisely;

   -To press “Menu”, interface shows:“F1-set”;

   -To press “TARE”, interface shows:“F2-CAL”;

   -To press “Confirm”, interface shows:“-ZERO”;

   -To press “Confirm”, interface shows:“104-ZERO”;

   -To press “Confirm”, interface shows:“-ZERO”;

   -To press “TARE”, interface shows: “DATA”;

   -To press “TARE”, interface shows: “LOAO”, then you should put the “20kg”or “30kg” goods that have been weighed on the bag          holder;

   -To press “Confirm” and input “20kg”or “30kg”;

   -To press “Confirm”, the second line shows: “105SPAn”;

   -To press “Confirm”;

   -To press “Menu” to return.

WARNING:

   1.This product is easy to operate and use, and please read instruction book before you operate it;

   2.380V connects to L1,L2 and L3. N connect to null line. The foundation of main frame must connect to ground electrode;

   3.To check and replenish lubricating oil every week and to clean all parts of the machine every day;

   4.Electrical cabinet keeps closed in case that some dust and gas will corrode the machine;

   5.The left water cup of oil-water separator should be drained per week, and the left oil cup of oil-water separator should be filled

   with sewing-machine oil or transformer oil according to scale. We won’t repair the machine for free if you violate the operating

rule.
