1.Before putting the machine into use, production department should organize workers to learn how to operate the machine expertly. Only if the workers are qualified, they can start to operate the machine.

2.After a heavy repair or refit, large and medium-sized equipment should go through test run. If it is qualified, then it can be put into use.

3.The equipment produced by our company should be inspected and maintained regularly. Some equipment should go through metrological verification regularly.

Concrete measure:

①You should check out: 1. If circuit goes well; 2. If power source is normal; 3. If there is leaky; 4. If there is any damage of the components. Once you find a problem, you should stop machine and repair it immediately.

②You should check water pump, gas engine and steam engine regularly according to government standard.

③The company should use whole process management system to guarantee that every equipment is under control.  

④Competent department should make an annual overhaul plan according to the actual running state of equipment to make sure that the equipment is always in a good state.

⑤Before facility maintenance, it is necessary to make preparations well according to requirements.

⑥During maintenance, the maintainers should follow close to the line of overhaul rules.

⑦In the premise of good quality and safety, you can make a good use of old parts to reduce cost.

⑧You should store some spare parts which need to be maintained well.
