Malfunction Analysis and Solution of Conveyor

Causes for malfunction:

1. Conveyor or bucket slips;
2. Motor speed is inefficient;
3. Feedstock is uneven;
4. The condition of feeding back is very bad.
5. You’ve chosen an improper bucket belt.

Solution

1. You should adjust tensioning gear.
2. You should inspect and adjust.
3. You should feed materials evenly.
4. You should find out the actual reason and figure it out timely.
5. You should choose a proper bucket according to raw materials.

Feeding back too much

Causes:

1. Conveying speed is too fast or too slow.
2. The clearance between discharging board and winnowing pan is too big.
3. Discharging hole is blocked.

Solution

1. You should adjusting the speed of mainshaft in order to make sure a minimum quantity of feeding back material.
2. You should adjust the clearance between discharging board and winnowing pan.
3. You should dredge the discharging hole.
