Disposal of 5,000 pigs’ manure
The amount of fecal sewage a live pig is about 2.5kg, and the amount of water consumed by each pig is about 2.5kg. Therefore, the daily production of fecal sewage of 5000 pigs is about 15 tons, which is almost equal to 15 cubic meters.
The total investment of this project is about RMB 30 million in equipment costs. After full-load operation, the operating costs mainly include the operating costs of electricity, medicine, and labor costs.
- Electricity costs. After the processing equipment is operated, it will increase the monthly electricity fee by about RMB 500.
- Drug costs. Pharmaceutical treatment costs RMB 0.7/ ton, on average, 800 tons of water (recyclable) is used and pharmaceutical costs RMB 0.045 / head.
- The compound microbial agent is added to the pig’s drinking water, and the ratio of water and bacteria is 2000:1. This bacterial agent can improve the immunity of the pigs and the meat quality of pork; after using this agent for 30 days, there is no need to inject medicine to the live pigs. Remarks: Pig immunization is still a necessary.
- Depreciation of equipment: monthly depreciation cost=RMB 300,000*(1-5%) / (12mons * 15 years) = RMB 0.118 million.
