Installment and Running-in of Organic Fertilizer Mixers

Installment:

1. Before installing, the labors should clean the mixer inside and out. They should make sure that there is no clay and soil in the machine.
2. The basic structure for fertilizer mixer should be finished before installing mixer in factory. The basic structure should be firm and reliable so that mixers can work steadily and won’t sink and be out of shape.
3. After installing mixer machine steadily, then you can tighten up foundation bolts.
4. All attachment bolts should be screwed up tightly.

Running-in:

1. After installing, you should lubricate the connection parts of the machine. Checking if there is enough oil in the joints. If it is lack of oil, you must add more oil in the joints. Then, no-load running-in can get started.
2. Before no-load running-in, you must check electric connection and make sure there is no tools and components left in the machine.
3. When you operate the mixer for the first time, you should observe the machine carefully. If there is any problem, you should stop it immediately. If the machine can work steadily, then we can move into next test.
4. During the process of no-load running-in, you should notice: ①The mixer can work steadily; ②Bearing’s temperature can’t exceed 20℃ and there is no oil leak; ③All parts are tight; ④Idle power can’t exceed 30% of rated power; ⑤This process should last at least for 2 hours.
5. If the machine is up to standard during no-load running-in process, we should get down to do loaded running-in. This is mainly for testing carrying capacity of mixer.
6. The process of loaded running-in should last for around 8 hours. During the process, if there is any clamping stagnation, you must stop the machine immediately.
