- Before taking reduction gearbox into use, you must make sure there is enough oil in it. In the beginning, the oil should be changed when the reduction gearbox works for 100 hours. The longest interval of changing oil is a year.
- Check the oil mass weekly. When the oil level goes down, you should check out if there is any leaking points and figure them out.
- When the hydraulic system works for 200, the oil in the oil box should drained completely and you should clean the hydraulic system and check out if it is necessary to change the filter element. You can decide to use the drained hydraulic oil or not according to the cleaness of it.
- Lubricate the bearing parts at regular intervals.
- Clean the sundries on the chain plate at regular intervals.
